UGC 10310 (also known as Arp 2) is a dwarf spiral galaxy in the constellation Hercules.

UGC 10310 is the second object in Halton Arp's Atlas of Peculiar Galaxies. Visually, it shows a very bright HII region and is supposedly of Magellanic class.
