SWEEPS-12 is an unconfirmed Hot Jupiter planet orbiting the star SWEEPS J175904.44-291317.1 every 2.952 Earth days. It is almost the exact same size as Jupiter, having a radius 0.91 times that of it. At a distance of 22,000 light years, it is one of the most distant extrasolar planets found.
