NGC 2903, also known as UGC 5079 and NGC 2905, is a field SBbc (Barred Spiral) galaxy in the constellation of Leo. It is located under the star Alterf (Lambda Leonis). It is thought that the dwarf galaxy WISEA J093012.77+195926.4 is a companion since the two have an angular separation of 25 arcminutes and have almost the same radial velocity.
