Centaur

A Centaur is a type of Minor planet who’s Semi-Major Axis or Perihelion cross one of the Gas giants or Ice giants. The largest known Centaur is Chariklo, which also has Rings. Most Centaurs have unstable Orbits that last for a few million years. There is one Centaur known to have a stable orbit. Many of the Centaurs have their semi-major axis between the orbits of Saturn and Uranus. They also mostly classify into Neptune-Crossing Minor Planets, Uranus-Crossing Minor Planets, Saturn-Crossing Minor Planets, and Jupiter-Crossing Minor Planets.
